Rob Badenoch

Over the past 20 years, Rob Badenoch has cultivated a multidisciplinary expertise in audiovisual, acoustics, and converged systems design. His experience spans a wide array of vertical markets including cultural, education, corporate, government/military, hospitality, and healthcare. Badenoch has presented at USITT, AIA, and AES conferences on the design of technology systems for the performing arts, specifically with regards to curriculum-driven design for education as well as architectural integration of technology. He balances his design efforts at TAD with sound and video production work in New York City theater and music venues, thus maintaining a direct connection to the needs of facility users and performers.



John Bailey

VP of Technology
John Bailey has been an integral driving force for new technology adoption at Whitlock since 1999. He has more than 25 years of experience in AV and collaboration delivery, with a focus on project management, best practices, enterprise standards, and innovation for national and international accounts. Bailey is primarily responsible for Whitlock’s technology portfolio and related strategic partnerships. He is an active participant in the InfoComm International Standards Steering Committee and serves as a Board Director for the Global Presence Alliance. He was formerly a lead designer and director at Whitlock.



Dana Barron

Ben Bausher

Ben Bausher joined JaffeHolden in 2002 and has significant project experience within a broad range of spaces, including academic learning environments, concert halls, theaters, lecture halls, recording studios, boardrooms, and cinema screening rooms. He excels in intricate audio/video routing technology and the integration of communication systems. As a sound designer and engineer, Bausher has worked for many artists and has completed post-production mixing work at Skywalker Sound. Highlights from his JaffeHolden project work include the Tisch School at New York University and St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York, and the National Constitution Center and the National Museum of Jewish American History in Philadelphia, PA, among many others nationwide.



David Bianciardi
David Bianciardi is founder and Principal of AV&C, a globally recognized experience design studio creating digital landmarks in the built environment. Since 2000, his hybrid team of designers, developers, and engineers has delivered site-specific, software-driven technology installations that enhance storytelling, placemaking, connectivity and responsiveness in cultural and brand spaces around the world. Icons including IBM, Starbucks, Nike, Google, Cadillac, and the Smithsonian have realized award-winning, large-scale architectural media, data-driven art and interactive installations by tapping AV&C’s unique combination of experience design, software, and systems expertise.



Rich Cannava

The CSI Group
Rich Cannava joined The CSI Group in 2004 as a video editor and motion designer. During his 13-year tenure he has worked in a variety of areas within the video department and taken on different roles with increasing levels of responsibility. Before he was named President and Partner of the firm this year, Cannava was VP, Executive Producer, managing the Video and Motion Design Department. With a background of hands-on work, he can work closely with editors, designers and motion graphic artists to help maximize their time and talents, producing projects in a cost and time efficient manner.



Kevin Collins
President and COO
Kevin Collins has amassed three decades of experience in the turnkey broadcast media and AV systems integration profession. Collins began working as one of the first ten employees at Diversified in 1993. During his tenure, Collins has held various key positions inside Diversified in both sales and operations. In 2016 he became President and Chief Operating Officer. During his career he has participated in hundreds of projects directly and has had management responsibility for over 1,000 major installations across the U.S. and globally with an aggregate value of over 900 million dollars in revenue. At Diversified he holds direct P&L responsibility for the development of the short- and long-term business plans, business development overall, employee recruiting/retention, process development and cost control. Specialties include: client focused team building, compliance, recruiting, HR, business plan development and implementation.



TJ DiQuollo
Director of Creative Services
After spending several years in the broadcast industry, TJ DiQuollo has become an integral member of Diversified Media Group over the past nine years. As the Director of Creative Services he oversees content management, software integration as well as creative design and consulting. DiQuollo has a strong background in television production and has used those experiences to promote user engagement through technology within the digital signage industry. His staff currently utilizes over a dozen CMS platforms and manages thousands of displays worldwide.



Tim Donovan
Bravo Media
Tim Donovan is the President of Bravo Media, an experiential studio headquartered in New York City. Founded in 1997, Tim successfully transformed the company from a traditional print and mail shop into one of the leaders in the interactive, immersive technology space.  Bravo’s mantra, “We Make WOW,” is rooted in creating authentic moments of engagement and dynamic interactive experiences across numerous technology and display platforms. Bravo Media’s current clients include KPMG, CBS, Mediacom and Indeed.  Bravo was responsible for the Revlon Kiss Cam in Times Square and the digital projection system used nightly on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.



Matt Mahon
Associate, Acoustics and Audiovisual
Over the last nine years working with Arup in the New York and San Francisco offices, Matt Mahon has delivered a broad range of projects around the world, spanning from performing arts to commercial fit-out and across five continents. Mahon has also served stints with an engineering and construction firm as an on-site project engineer. His notable projects include National Sawdust in Brooklyn, the SFMOMA museum renovation in San Francisco, the Mexico City Airport, and the Le Rosey concert hall in Rolle, Switzerland.



Christopher Mascatello
Executive Vice President, Technology Solutions
Chris Mascatello has more than 15 years’ experience in the digital signage industry. Currently he oversees ANC’s signage equipment sales and is directly involved in all large-scale venue video display system installations. Most recently, he has led the launch of ANC’s retail and transportation business segments. He also played an integral role in the recent Westfield World Trade Center install in New York, NY. He has served in numerous management roles with ANC, including managing the operations team before leading ANC’s sales efforts. Since he was named EVP, Technology Sales and Services, the company has experienced 50 percent growth of its LED signage business. Prior to joining ANC, he worked at a public relations agency and provided event consultation for Seagram Liquors.



Kirsten Nelson
Editor at Large
Kirsten Nelson has written about AV technology in all its permutations for almost 20 years. She was the editor of SCN for 17 years, and now serves as editor at large for the magazine. Her experience in the commercial AV and acoustics design and integration market has led her to develop presentation programs and events for InfoComm and SCN. In addition to technology, she also writes about motorcycles, and she is a MotoGP super fan.



Mark Peterson

Mark Peterson designs solutions with a multi-disciplinary approach that allows organizations to collaborate whenever, wherever, and however they need. Prior to joining SM&W, Peterson served as Morgan Stanley’s VP in End User Services, Unified Communications, and Collaboration. Peterson was the principal architect behind Morgan Stanley’s collaboration spaces, desktop/conference room interoperability and external cloud calling strategy. As the Global Head of Multimedia Engineering, Peterson established the firm’s architectural specifications, system designs and the remote support tools for standardized and bespoke multimedia spaces applied globally to well over 500 spaces.



Ben Putland

Ben Putland heads up Grand Visual’s business in the U.S., where he has overseen the production of many award-winning DOOH campaigns for clients such as Google, Amazon, Pepsi, Disney and Microsoft. He is also Managing Director of Grand Visual’s new QDOT campaign management platform provider. Putland joined Grand Visual after accruing more than 10 years’ experience delivering digital media innovation and has built and led project teams in the U.K., Holland, and Japan for the likes of Proximity, Wieden+Kennedy and Dentsu. Putland is an active member of the OAAAs Innovation Lab, a regular speaker at SXSW, DSE and the ICX Summit and a contributor to ExchangeWire.




Sundar Raman

Sundar Raman is the Director of Creative Engineering at Local Projects. Raman’s background spans alternative energy, community radio, permaculture, Internet telephony, open-source advocacy, and most recently social gaming. Responsibilities span the breadth of his previous experience, including small and medium technical system architecture, continuous integration, deployment, and testing strategies, and the evaluation of future technology solutions. Prominent clients include the National September 11 Memorial Museum, Cleveland Museum of Art, Eisenhower Memorial Commission, and Bob Graham Center for Public Policy.

Mark Vitt

With a multidisciplinary background that includes executive management, engineering, and business analysis, Mark Vitt is a valuable asset on the Tritech team. While developing product/service offerings is currently his forte, it is his wealth of practical hands-on experience that enables him to truly understand a client’s needs. Vitt and the management team at Tritech have grown Tritech’s list of clients to include many market leaders. His corporate development experience within AV/IT/Security systems involves M&A initiatives, strategic partnerships and planning. He began his career 30 years ago as an engineer with work at CBS Hollywood, Paramount Pictures, and Warner Brothers. Mark is the recipient of two Emmy awards.
