Steven Lamphear is Channel Development Manager for Barco’s AV Control Experience Solution and has been active in the AV industry for two decades. In that time representing both manufacturers and integration partners he says his real role has always been that of “AV Technology Evangelist” helping clients from corporate & retail to major league sports broadcasters better understand and leverage available solutions and connecting them to emerging technologies that reach new audiences, manage & improve user experiences and solve technology frustrations. Most recently, Steve has focused on the industry trend of converged AV and IT, and how hardware and software-based solutions can work together to provide a comprehensive and collaborative technology landscape across the enterprise, whether located on premises or in the cloud.
