Jeff Day is the founder and self-proclaimed lead ninja of North of 10, LLC, a strategic advisory collective for leaders and their teams. Jeff is a 2018 SCN Hall of Fame recipient for his contributions to the AV industry. Prior to North of 10, Jeff was the CEO of Bluewater Technologies, a company devoted to creating and executing inspiring live events and AV technology experiences for strong brands. Under Jeff’s leadership the company grew and challenged assumptions on the role and potential of traditional integrators. He led the expansion of offerings and created expertise in how stories, physical spaces, and compelling technology intersect to create value. His company served a wide range of global brands, organizations, and market segments. He is a recognized expert in technology forward experiences and their impact on people. He is currently serving as an executive officer on the AVIXA (Audio Visual Integrated Experience Association) board of directors.

Jeff’s personal passion lies in helping others and giving back. He actively coaches, mentors, and teams with leaders in industry, business, community, and important social causes. Propelled by faith and family, he resides in Michigan with his family.
